Autumn is coming and it's time to prepare the seasonal preserves. Today we offer you the sugar-free grape jam . The recipe for this jam is different from the others because of the total absence of sugar, which in this case is justified by the sugary flavor of this tasty autumn fruit. - Rinse the grapes, shell the berries and crush them in a container. But leave the skins.
You can use both white and black grapes
- Put everything in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the jam reaches a boil. Lower the heat and cover with a lid, allowing the juice to gradually reduce.
The cooking time depends on the desired density but the minimum is about half an hour
- Pour the lukewarm jam into well washed glass jars and cover with a disc of greaseproof paper soaked in alcohol.
- Seal tightly and store the jam in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator.
